這一兩年，我們在不同產區擴大我們在處理端上面的研究。從地塊、品種、到處理，找尋彼此間的關聯性並且藉由實驗來展現成果。今年，在更多實驗及與許多大師的合作下，也陸續推出了幾個不同的產品。(La Flor, Clementine, Tomodachi…等)

而從接下來的衣索比亞新產季，我們也開放訂製系列的額度。讓您可以製作自己喜歡的風味走向，讓您在產區動蕩不安的時期擁有更好的主控權。有興趣的朋友可以填表單，我們會依序聯絡。

In the recent two years, Tri-Up has been working on a research in coffee processing in different origins. The research aims to find the connections among terroir, varietals and processing, and to design a better workflow in origin to bring out maximum result. This past year, with more experiments and with collaborations with well-known industry leaders, we released a few different amazing coffees that are tasting absolutely amazing.

In the following harvest of Ethiopia, we invite you to be a part of the Tailor Made project. You can design your own flavor profiles, which will ensure you a better position in the market. If you are interested, please fill the form for us.
